How does ÚjBuda Dental ensure your safe dental treatment with its warranty system? Once the treatments have been completed, you will receive a warranty certificate from us, which ensures that you can enforce your warranty claims to the fullest extent possible.

Furthermore, in the case of implanted implants, you will also receive a so-called implant “passport” from us, which precisely records the type and size of the implant that has been implanted and which tooth it has replaced. With this, even decades later, a competent specialist anywhere in the world will be able to immediately identify your implants and, if necessary, be available to treat them:

In the case of implants, the warranty means that in the event of a problem (e.g., if the implant falls out or becomes loose, which is very rare because the success rate of the implants we insert is 96.7%), a new implant will be implanted for you free of charge under the warranty. In the case of implants, the warranty does not cover the superstructure, implant prostheses (crowns and bridges), or travel expenses.

Terms and conditions for claiming warranty at Újbuda Dental

  • Compliance with all oral hygiene instructions prescribed by the attending physician,
  • Performing the procedures recommended by the attending physician within 30 days,
  • Regular participation in free check-ups (annually),
  • Financial settlement of any outstanding debts owed to the clinic.

Place of warranty enforcement

The warranty does not cover:

  • The warranty does not cover other incidental costs related to treatment;
  • Other diseases causing complaints unrelated to the intervention;
  • Dental problems resulting from failure to comply with oral hygiene regulations;
  • Damage caused by psychological habits (nighttime teeth grinding);
  • Damage that can be attributed to abnormal use (accidental damage to the gear mechanism);
  • Any interference by external persons who were not competent to assess the condition or make recommendations (dentists or dental technicians practicing elsewhere);
  • Any comorbidities that may affect the condition of the teeth;
  • In case of intentional damage

What happens in the event of a warranty claim?

  • We will provide you with a written proposal for the ideal solution to your warranty case.
  • If you accept our proposal, we will provide you with all the assistance you need to complete the warranty work as quickly as possible.
