General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
The GTC contain the terms and conditions of use of the Ujbuda.Dental online store, valid from September 1, 2023 until revoked.
The service provider
The Ujbuda.Dental online store is operated by Nádor Dent Kft. (hereinafter: “Service Provider”).
- The Service Provider’s company name is NÁDOR DENT Egészségügyi Szolgáltató és Kereskedelmi Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (NÁDOR DENT Healthcare Service Provider and Commercial Limited Liability Company). The Service Provider’s abbreviated name is NÁDOR DENT KFT.

General information
The clinic’s website also functions as an online store, where you can purchase the selected service after a simple registration. We also accept orders placed by email ([email protected]).
The prices shown are the valid – usually discounted – consumer prices.
We will inform the customer about the selected and ordered service and, in the case of a gift, the recipient. The email confirming your order contains the terms and conditions of use of the service.
Acceptance of the general terms and conditions
During registration and/or purchase, the user is required to accept the terms and conditions of the GTC for the use of the web store. This can be done by selecting the checkbox on the form. Upon acceptance of the GTC, a contract in accordance with the GTC is concluded between the Service Provider and the user of the Web Store.
If the user does not accept the terms and conditions of the GTC, they cannot use the services of the Web Store. They cannot register or place an order.
Acceptance of the general terms and conditions
Orders can only be placed in the ujbuda.dental online store electronically, either via the website or by email. The Service Provider does not accept orders placed by telephone. The Service Provider also sends information about orders to Customers electronically. Placing an order requires registration.
The order process: registration, placing the product(s) in the shopping cart, selecting the delivery and payment method, checking the entered data (correcting it if necessary), sending the order, confirming the order.
By clicking on the Order/Pay button, the Buyer makes an offer, which entails a payment obligation, and for which we automatically send a confirmation within 24 hours of the order. The confirmation always includes the method of use of the service, the name and quantity of the product/gift, and the details of the Buyer and the recipient.
If the confirmation is not received, the consumer is released from the binding offer. Before placing the order, the Buyer has the opportunity to modify the data provided during registration. The language of the contract is Hungarian. The prices in the webshop are in Hungarian forints and include VAT.
The seller’s warranty and guarantee liability is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and Decree 49/2003. (VII.30.) GKM.
Nádor Dent Kft. makes every effort to ensure that the information appearing on its website (product prices, availability, descriptions, etc.) is as accurate as possible. With regard to any errors that may occur, the provisions of Government Decree 17/1999. (II.5.) and the Civil Code shall apply to the Service Provider’s liability.
Nádor Dent Kft. is responsible for the quality of the services purchased.
The user is fully responsible for all orders and other transactions in which their password has been used. In view of this, please ensure that your password is kept confidential. The user shall not be liable if their password has been disclosed to unauthorized persons through no fault of their own. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages resulting from non-fulfillment of orders, delays, service interruptions, and/or the loss of any business or private information or other financial losses.
On the ujbuda.dental website, products can be paid for by bank transfer (in advance) or by credit card. You can read about the terms and conditions of online credit card payments in detail below.
Payments can also be made in person at the clinic office in cash, by bank transfer in advance, or by credit card.
Credit card payment option
- Online credit card payments can be made through the Barion system.
- Credit card payments allow you to shop conveniently and securely in our store. After selecting your items
- and placing your order, you will be redirected to the Barion website, where you can pay with your credit card through a transaction that is currently considered the most secure
- encrypted transaction. All our customers have to do is select the “Card payment” button when choosing their payment method, then enter the relevant details on the selected provider’s server to complete the payment. The service provider accepts VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, and American Express cards. Online credit card payments are processed through the Barion system. Credit card details are not disclosed to the merchant. The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt, is an institution supervised by the Hungarian National Bank, license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013. We can only accept bank cards issued exclusively for electronic use if their use is authorized by the card-issuing bank! Please check with your bank to see if your card can be used for online purchases.
- The purchase will be completed after successful payment.
- In the case of payment by bank card, we can only issue an invoice in the name of the cardholder. The customer can only be the cardholder.
Other provisions
The Service Provider’s system may collect data on the activity of Customers, which cannot be linked to other data provided by the Customer during registration, nor to data generated when using other websites or services.
The Service Provider is entitled to send newsletters or other advertising letters to the user if the user has given their prior consent by providing the relevant data during registration. The Service Provider is not obliged to verify that the data provided by the user during registration or when giving their consent is true or accurate.
The user is entitled to withdraw their voluntary consent in writing at any time. In this case, the Service Provider will not send any more newsletters or other advertising letters to the user after the withdrawal, and will delete the user’s data from the data of users subscribed to the newsletter.
The Service Provider considers itself bound by the code of ethics of the Hungarian Advertising Association and the Hungarian Association of Content Providers.

The Service Provider may initiate conciliation proceedings for the simple and quick out-of-court settlement of disputes arising against it (consumer disputes).
